Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer

Do not make any investment decision based upon anything found on this site, associated sites and/or content.

This agreement is made between Wyckoff Education Ltd (Registered in England & Wales Company No: 12127249) and You, the visitor, user and/or member of the Sites (“You”). Before becoming a member/user of any and all Wyckoff Education Ltd services and products (sometimes referred to but not limited to “the Service,” “the Site,” “Services,” “the Platform,” “Publication,” “the Forum,” “Premium Member,” ,"Information," or “Wyckoff Education”) You must read and agree to all the following Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer which will govern your use of the Site and its products and Services (including, but not limited to, forum/blog-related Services, courses, videos, social media content, emails, message boards, free website content, free videos, webinars, and subscription Services). These Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer governs your use of our Sites that display or link to the T&CS. The Privacy Policy and Refund Policy also governs your use of these Sites and Services as well as the Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

If You violate the Terms and Conditions You are not eligible for any refund. It the Company's sole discretion if You violated the Terms and Conditions.

You can cancel your current subscription via the account membership dashboard anytime. Alternatively You can cancel by contacting the Company via [email protected] at least five (5) working days prior to your membership renewal date and/or paid trial auto-enrolment date.

Membership Subscription Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: All membership subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We will continue to bill your payment card (credit/debit) each subscription period unless You cancel your subscription.

NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED for membership subscription plans and no pro rata unused refunds are available.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you subscribe to a plan that requires instalment payments, you are committing to the full membership subscription period. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you remain responsible for payments due on the unused portion of your subscription.

PAID TRIAL can be cancelled by YOU any time before your Premium annual membership auto-enrolment date, as defined when you signed up and accepted the Company’s Terms and Conditions. Your auto-enrolment date is stated on the invoice you would have received confirming your paid trial is active. Please note this invoice may appear in your junk/spam folder which is outside the control of the Company. If you would like the Company to manually cancel your auto-enrolment into the Premium annual membership, we request you provide at least 5 working days notice prior to your auto-enrolment date. In such instances, please contact the Company via [email protected].

It is your sole responsibility to cancel, and/or contact the Company to cancel, your paid trial auto-enrolment into the Premium annual membership. Failure to comply with the terms above will result in the Premium annual membership fee being processed and billed on a recurring basis unless YOU cancel. For the avoidance of doubt when the paid trial has expired and auto-enrolled into the Premium annual membership, there are then NO REFUNDS PROVIDED AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Other Terms

Any content produced by Wyckoff Education Ltd, including but not limited to courses, videos, blogs, seminars, coaching, lectures, slides, discussions and all other information, is for informational and educational purposes only; it should not be construed as investment advice of any kind.

Wyckoff Education Ltd (“The Company”) and all associated personnel including but not limited to Directors, Employees, Officers and Principals are not investment, financial, tax, or legal advisers or a broker-dealer and does not purport to provide personalised investment, financial, tax, or legal advice in any form. Neither The Company or any associated personnel assumes responsibility or liability for your trading and investment results. You understand and acknowledge that there is a very high degree of risk of financial loss involved in trading securities and that you alone are responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and results. You understand that anything posted on the Site is not personalised advice to You. Consult your own financial advisor before trading or acting upon any information.

The Company does not recommend the purchase of particular securities nor does The Company promise or guarantee any particular investment results. You agree You will not contact any employee or member of Wyckoff Education Ltd for personalised investment advice. Any information or content posted on the Site or Services is impersonal and not directed at the investment needs of any individual, even if it may be deemed investment advice. All information presented is made in general terms without regard to any individual's investing education knowledge, goals, resources or abilities. Information on the Site(s) and Services is not to be used as a complete source of information for any company. Anything found on the Site(s) or Services needs to be verified by your own independent research.

Subscribers and users agree not to place any reliance on any statements made on the Site(s) or Services that may be deemed forward looking.

The Company and associated personnel assumes no responsibility or liability for your trading and investment results. You also agree to hold The Company and any associated personnel harmless for any such results or losses. You agree the views on this Site and Services are the author's own opinions.

If you are dissatisfied with the Service for any reason your only remedy is to stop and discontinue use of the Site and Services. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless all related parties to Wyckoff Eduction Ltd including Jack Corsellis and any current or former associated personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses (including attorneys’ fees), or other expenses resulting from your violation of the Terms and Conditions or use of the Platform, violating third party rights, intellectual property infringements, or liability from content You create and put on the Platform.

Wyckoff Education Ltd and related third party providers may make claims that our Services are suitable for any purpose. All info and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. Wyckoff Eduction Ltd disclaims all warranties regarding Services and information offered. The Publication and its associated personnel may or may not answer any question asked on the Site and may delete anything You upload without reason.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, and nothing in the Information is intended to be or should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of any particular result.

Any legal action brought by any User of the Site from these terms or any dispute regarding claims, breaches, or misrepresentations, whether or not a lawsuit is actually filed, shall not be entitled to attorneys’ fees and costs. Wyckoff Education Ltd shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees from prevailing in litigation brought by any User of the Site and will determine the amount of those attorneys’ fees and costs owed that party.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or unlawful for any reason then that provision shall be deemed severable from the disclaimer and the remaining provisions are enforceable. Any default or breach by either party to this agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent or preceding default or breach. Additionally, we may require You to sign a paper copy of the disclaimer if You become a member.

Revisions:

Wyckoff Education Ltd reserves the right at any time to:

Revise all terms from time to time without notice;

Change, eliminate, or discontinue any content and/or features of the Site;

Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement by posting the changes to the Site and updating the latest terms of Service and/or disclaimer;

Change fees associated with using the Site at our discretion.

Wyckoff Education Ltd may provide users and visitors with access to the following content via its website or any other medium (all Terms and Conditions are covered under the disclaimer):

1) Paid educational content and materials in all forms of media including but not limited to forums, blog posts, third party content, to video for which You pay a subscription fee to access.

2) Free content written by associated personnel or third-party contractors or guests in all media formats including but not limited to forums, blogs, videos, to but not limited to emails and more.

Terms and Conditions changes will be effective immediately after posted to the Terms and Conditions page on www.jackcorsellis.com and the date it was last changed will be updated on the page. The date of last change should be checked regularly in order to stay up to date with the new terms.

Registration:

To gain access to jackcorsellis.com You must create an account. User names must keep You anonymous unless you choose otherwise. The Company can refuse to grant You a username that we believe may give a clue to your real identity if the Company deems appropriate. We may also refuse any name that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, impersonates someone else, may be in violation of a trademark or copyright, or is hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or inappropriate. Political references are prohibited on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself when prompted to register and keep this information updated.

You are responsible for anything that is posted or occurs with Your account;

You may not share Your username or password and are responsible to maintain that information. Code of Conduct:

Restrict or inhibit any other visitor or member from using the Platform, including, without limitation, by “cracking” or “hacking” or defacing any portion of the Site(s).

Imply or express statements You make are endorsed by us, without prior written consent.

Re-register new accounts when terminated or try to get multiple free trials (if offered) from the Sites Publication under different user information within a year long period as a means to avoid paying for the Publication.

If You become a member, You agree to provide accurate and current information. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Site if we believe any of your registration is not accurate and complete. You may not use any computer automation or algorithms to place trades in reaction to posts on various Wyckoff Education Ltd platforms. By giving us your email for any reason You agree to receive periodic offers or newsletters. You can opt-out of these emails and offers by clicking the link at the bottom of the email or emailing us a request to be removed at [email protected]. If you are an employee, owner, or beneficiary of any paid other subscription based educational publication type of service you must contact us before signing up or you can be terminated with no refund for this or any reason with no refund. We don’t want the work of our associated personnel or members to be funnelled to other services and you may be terminated without refund if you do so.

You the user agree not to knowingly violate any laws, including without limitation the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act, or any rule of any securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Nasdaq Stock Market (NASDAQ), or the American Stock Exchange (AMEX).

We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Site to any geographic area or person we choose at our discretion. We may also limit the number of members in general or a region/jurisdiction.
