Membership Subscription Refund Policy

• IMPORTANT:  All membership subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We will continue to bill your payment card (credit/debit) each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription.
• NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED for membership subscription plans and no pro rata unused refunds are available.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you subscribe to a plan that requires instalment payments, you are committing to the full membership subscription period. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you remain responsible for payments due on the unused portion of your subscription.
